If this is to stop street racing, this has gone too far. You can only stop street racing when its happening. I see why they have sound restrictions and emissions testing, but stopping and fining someone with a spoiler, or an intake, or even an aftermarket turbo kit is not the right path to take and will not be a solution to thier problem. My Z, as you can see below, is modified. I use it as a daily driver to go to work almost every day. It is transportation and would not be commiting any crime unless I were to violate a law. I think the GOVINATAH of Cali needs to spend the taxpayers money elsewhere.
